Starters
Roasted garlic and chive soup (VG) – Creamy and rich Confit garlic and caramelised onion soup,
topped with fresh chives and a wedge of sourdough bread.
King prawn cocktail – crisp gem lettuce and fresh king prawns smothered in a hot and zingy
remoulade sauce of spicy paprika and wholegrain mustard.
Cajun buttermilk chicken wings – marinated in buttermilk to tenderise the chicken, rubbed in a
Cajun flour and deep fried served with rocket and a cool soured cream and chive dip.
Mains
Vegan gumbo– A hearty bowl of vegan gumbo stuffed full of red bean meatballs and okra, served
with spicy rice and smoky charred corn.

Bourbon glazed Rib-eye steak – 8oz free range Herefordshire rib-eye steak glazed in a bourbon
bbq sauce cooked medium-rare, served with Brabant potatoes and garlic sautéed green beans.

Crab gumbo – a hearty bowl of gumbo slow cooked with the dark meat and peppers , then topped
with white flaky meat. Served with spicy rice and smoky charred corn.

Dessert
Rice calas – A traditional dessert of New Orleans meaning fried cake, deep fried and coated in icing sugar. Served with vanilla ice cream and fresh raspberries.
Pecan pie (VG) – a rich sticky pecan pie completely vegan! Warmed through and topped with a coconut Chantilly cream and fresh berries.
