Well we haven’t got much longer to wait now until the second of the Three Thinking Collective’s fair comes to us at the JQ! Their first at The Prince of Wales in Moseley went down extremely well earlier this month and we’re hoping to emulate that at ours on Thursday 14th May from 5pm-8pm.
This is what the lovely ladies behind the Three Thinking Collective have to say;
“Three Thinking Collective is made up of Lydia, Kate and Harriet. We are all small business owners with a passion for people who want to share their enthusiasm for their talent with others.
Between the three of us we have attended countless numbers of “craft” fairs that fail to put the artists first. More often than not these organisers rave about your products and then as soon as they have taken your money, you seem to get forgotten about and are simply someone filling a stall!
We want to change this! We also want to change the minds of consumers and teach them more about the people behind the businesses and allowing them to understand a bit more about the craft involved.
So, with this in mind, we have set up the Three Thinking Collective. We want to run events that put artists at the centre of the event. We will handpick all stallholders to ensure that they all have the same ethos as us; to be local, handmade, hand designed and handcrafted. And for those of you attending, we hope to amaze you and expose some of the incredible hidden talents of small businesses in Birmingham.”
We will have a licensed bar for the evening so it will be the perfect chance to get an after-work tipple and have a mooch at some of the incredible talents that Birmingham has to offer!
