We have started a coffee company and now want an experienced coffee shop manager to help us make the best coffee this side of the moon.

You will manage our Birmingham city centre outlet delivering single estate, single origin fair-trade coffees to the busy people of professional Birmingham.

We have sourced the best coffee from around the world and now want to source the best staff as the quality of delivery is just as important as the product.

We need a very experienced coffee shop manager to help us launch this new venture. You may have worked for one of the high street coffee brands or a busy independent shop. You will have managed staff, organised rotas, dealt with deliveries, maintained a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction, dealt with cash, opening and locking up, sales targets. You will have a minimum of 1 years experience managing a coffee outlet. You will speak fluent English.

You are joining a young and ambitious company with plans for further outlets, you will play a major part in our success, your input will be invaluable. In exchange we are offering 25 days holiday per year, pension and a competitive salary, Mon – Fri, 40hr week.
