Today we interviewed 3 great candidates for the job of Coffee shop manager after short listing them from all the CV’s we received. Our aim is for the manager to be capable of running our first outlet and growing with us to open outlets 2, 3 and onwards.

The candidates that we take forward to 2nd interview will all be asked to complete the Gallup Strength Finder Test. This test tells us the 5 key strengths of an individual from 34 possible strengths.

Strengths like Activator, Communicator, Harmony and Positivity. Once we have established an individuals strengths we can work to them. We believe that allowing each employee to play to their strengths will not only make them happier but more productive and successful. A company with happy and successful employee’s is one that will always be head and shoulders above the rest.
